1. Parties and platform
These terms govern the relationship between AK ROTA TURİZM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("AKROTA" or the "Platform") and persons visiting, registering on or using akrota.com as buyers or sellers.

2. Service scope
AKROTA provides hotel software, accounting systems, profit and loss calculation, digital marketing and consulting services for tourism companies. AKROTA is currently the only active seller. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, the seller is responsible for content, suitability, delivery and after-sales obligations. The platform provides listing, order, payment-routing, recordkeeping, communication and dispute-support infrastructure.
3. Membership and account security
- Members must provide accurate, current and complete information and protect their accounts and passwords.
- Suspected unauthorised use must immediately be reported through the account support channel.
- Persons under 18 may transact only under their legal representative's supervision and where permitted by law.
- Misleading identity information, forged documents, unlawful transactions and unauthorised use of another person's account are prohibited.
4. Seller obligations
The seller is responsible for accurate descriptions, required permissions and licences, intellectual property, availability and delivery information, customer communication, mandatory pre-contract information and legal compliance. Prohibited, misleading, harmful or unlicensed content and material infringing third-party rights cannot be published. The platform may suspend listings or temporarily restrict an account where risk, complaints, legal requirements or verification needs arise.
5. Orders, prices, tax and invoices
Prices are shown in Turkish lira (TRY/TL) unless otherwise stated. The total, discounts, tax and any delivery charges appear before order confirmation. Sales invoices are issued by AK ROTA TURİZM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. VAT is 20% unless a different rate or exemption applies under the applicable rules. Mandatory legal provisions apply where a transaction requires different treatment.
6. Payment
Only methods shown as active at checkout can be used. Receiving real payments depends on completion of the relevant bank or payment-provider testing and production approvals. Card details are processed through the authorised provider's secure infrastructure where possible. A successful payment notification does not itself confirm completed delivery; order status is recorded separately.
7. Delivery
7.1 Physical products
The delivery method, estimated time, shipping charge and restrictions appear on the product or checkout page. Damage, missing items or defects should be reported within a reasonable time with the order record and supporting evidence.
7.2 Digital products and services
Digital content may be provided through an account, download link, licence key or another method stated on the product page. Access information is personal; unauthorised sharing, resale or copying is prohibited.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
8.1 Physical products
Subject to statutory exceptions, consumers may exercise withdrawal rights under applicable distance-contract rules. Products must be unused, resaleable and returned with their accessories where applicable. The seller bears return costs for defective or incorrect products; other costs and methods are disclosed before ordering.
8.2 Digital content and immediate performance
Providing digital content before the withdrawal period expires begins only upon the consumer's explicit request and acceptance of the statutory consequence for withdrawal rights. Without that consent, legal rights remain reserved. Undelivered, defective or materially misdescribed digital products may result in full or partial refund, redelivery or correction following review.
Send cancellation or refund requests with the order number and reason through account support or to support@akrota.com. Refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to provider processing times, or an equivalent lawful method where necessary.
9. Active seller
Services on this site are offered by AKROTA. External seller applications and multi-seller sales are currently unavailable.
10. Intellectual property
Rights in the site design, brand, software and platform content belong to their respective owners. Users receive only the rights granted by the purchased licence and product description.
11. Suspension and termination
Members may request account closure. The platform may temporarily suspend or terminate accounts or listings for security risk, contractual breaches, fraud, unlawful activity or requests from competent authorities. Existing orders, refunds, debts and statutory retention obligations are unaffected by closure.
12. Liability and force majeure
The platform takes reasonable security and continuity measures. To the extent permitted by law, liability for temporary interruptions arising from maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, official orders or force majeure may be limited. Mandatory consumer rights are never removed.
13. Personal data
Personal data is processed according to the published KVKK notice and Cookie Policy. Explicit consent for nonessential cookies is obtained where required.
14. Applicable law and requests
Turkish law applies. Consumers retain their rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other competent authorities. Resolution may first be requested through account support.
15. Changes
Terms may be updated for legal or service changes. The new version and effective date are published on this page; material changes are announced through appropriate channels.
