Payment
The order summary, tax and any extra charges appear before payment approval. The final charge currency is Turkish lira (TRY). Card information is processed through the payment provider’s secure infrastructure.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Customers may request cancellation through support before performance begins. Statutory exceptions may apply to instantly delivered digital content or services started with the customer’s explicit consent.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible after review. Bank or payment-provider posting times may additionally apply.
